1. Introduction
At Anma Digitech, we strive to deliver high-quality IT and digital marketing services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Service-Based Business
As an IT company providing digital services such as website development, SEO, social media marketing, content writing, and software solutions, we do not sell physical products. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the project has not been started after payment confirmation.
- If Anma Digitech is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.
- If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment (before work begins).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Once the project work has started.
- For completed milestones or delivered services.
- For SEO and digital marketing services after campaign execution.
- Delay caused by client’s failure to provide required materials or approvals.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
