- Upon full payment, the final approved project ownership will be transferred to the client.
- Anma Digitech reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

- Third-party platform changes affecting performance (e.g., search engine updates, social media policy changes).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments for completed work up to the termination date remain non-refundable.
